What is GET?

The Golden Eagle Territory (GET) is a self-service website designed for students. While at the GET site you can log into Eagle i-View where you can access your personal information, previously available only in person.

Who can use Eagle i-View?

All Cal State L.A. continuing students (students that attend at least two of the four quarters immediately preceding the current term are considered to be continuing). If you are unsure of your Continuing Student status, please contact (323) 343-3900 or visit the Office of Enrollment Services, Administration 146 for assistance.

or

If you have submitted an Application to the Office of Admission.

Keep informed of new features and functionality that will continue to be added to GET and made available to students through Eagle i-View. Visit this Navigate page often as this is where these new features will be announced.

How do I Sign In to Eagle i-View?

Step 1
Use your  your Golden Eagle Card.

The number printed underneath your name on your Golden Eagle Card is your Campus Identification Number (CIN). Your GET user ID is the capital letter "W" followed by the last 7 digits of your CIN. You will use this 8-character identifier when asked to enter your user ID. Your password is 7 characters in length and consists of the letters GET and your 4 digit, Cal State L.A. assigned STAR PIN.

For Example: if your CIN is 123456789, your user ID will be W3456789 and your password will be GET1234.

Please note that your Sign In ID and Password are case sensitive.

Your password will be hidden from view.

If you are ready to log in close this window and begin your log in process by entering your user id and password at the Eagle i-View Sign-in page.

What if I cannot login?

If you need assistance, please call the GET Help Line at (323) 343-7GET (7438) or visit the Office of Enrollment Services located in the Administration Building, room 146.

What is a PIN?

A PIN is a Personal Identification Number that is randomly assigned every student at Cal State L.A. It is used to access STAR and other student specific academic records. The PIN is the 'password' to the student's academic record and should be kept separately from your Student Identification Number (SID) and your GET User ID. The PIN is the final security check to obtain private and confidential student related information and must be kept in a secure location by the individual student. Students that forget or lose their PIN must come in-person to the Office of Enrollment Services, located in Administration 146, in order to obtain another one. PIN numbers are never given over the telephone

What is a User ID?

A user ID derived from your Campus Identification Number (CIN) which is a Cal State L.A. randomly assigned 9 digit number. This number is issued to every student at Cal State L.A .  Used in conjunction with a STAR PIN number, the combination of these two numbers will allow the user access to their personal information under the Eagle i-View area of the GET Website. The User ID is a ‘key’ to the student’s academic record and should be kept separately from their Personal Identification Number (PIN). Students that forget or lose their user ID can contact the Office of Enrollment Services located in Administration 146 or by calling the office at (323) 343-3900.
